Hey, if anyone want to lvl up his pharma skill i telll you at start, lvl 6 at this serv is max 
If anyone want to get pharma skill book lvl 4 and 6 you can buy them alone at NPC called Mackenzie, I put you screen with location on the map and where exactly you will find him with cords wrote on screen nr. 2
